A visit to our Pantry Shed offers tasty delights: for immediate pleasure to be shared at a picnic table; or ready-made ingredients to easily add sparkle to your entertaining.

We stock the shed with lots of hard to find ingredients that you need to impress your friends and family. Our preserves, jams and jellies are all Good Earth recipes and are made from the bounty of our own gardens. There's always a good selection of stocks and jus to cut down on the effort you need to make every meal you prepare extraordinary.

New this season we are adding a selection of freshly made, ready-to-go salads and sandwiches. Enjoy them here under a fruit tree or in our vineyard, or take them with you on your Niagara wine country adventure.  The Pantry Shed is open daily for your convenience.

Just a reminder, bring coolers or insulated bags for the frozen products.
