Be one of the first foodies on your block to own “the good book”. This is The Good Earth’s first cookbook release ever! Another labour of love (we've had a few over the last 12 months!), we self-published this tantalizing 84-page, spiral bound cookbook. Full of mouthwatering colour photography and plenty of tips from our food alchemists, “the good book” includes 32 tantalizing seasonal recipes from Chefs Patrick Engel (aka Cheffer in the blogosphere), Isa DiIorio (chickwithtongs) and Mike McColl (The Good Earth's own Pit Boss).
Each recipe is “earthling approved”, tested for method, taste and final presentation.
On a side note, Mike wore more than one hat on this shoot, not only is he the author of several of our recipes, but he is also responsible for the spectacular food photography throughout the book. Photos with Sauce is the moniker he shoots under. Other mood shots are the handiwork of talented local photographer, Nataschia Wielink, who has participated in a year-long documentary of the evolution of The Good Earth and whose images grace our new website and promotional materials!
Until September 30, 2010 we will be offering "the good book" for an introductory price of $35 plus tax and shipping.
