The Good Earth Bistro

As one of the original farm to table dining experiences in Niagara's wine country, we celebrate the gifts that the land has to offer wholeheartedly. In fact, the seasons play a starring role in our world. Join us in the Bistro or on our seasonal patio. If the sun is shining and there's no risk of frostbite, we consider the patio "open"!

Chef's features each week are created with the intention of celebrating the fresh flavours that come with each season. In the bistro, the cooking school and at all our events, we use only the freshest ingredients – wherever possible our ingredients are locally sourced, because local tastes better!

Bistro Daily 11:00 am to 4:00 pm

June 1 through Canadian Thanksgiving:
