To every thing there is a season

As one of the original farm to table dining experiences in Niagara’s wine country, we celebrate the gifts that the land has to offer and showcase the bounty of each season at our table. In fact, the seasons play a starring role in our world.

At our intimate “demo” style cooking classes (up to 12 people), in warmer months we fire up the grills and barbecues in our fabulous al fresco kitchen. When the chill comes on we move indoors to capture the aromas and warmth of the cooking school kitchen. Be a part of a fun filled class led by one of our talented and entertaining chefs.

Our “culinary events” also pay homage to the ripest and most bountiful in a given season. Share in our seasonal celebrations – enjoy an evening of impeccable flavours enhanced by the company of friends.

At the winery we offer bite size food and wine pairings.  The chefs in the bistro prepare mouthwatering lunch menus with the focus on locally sourced ingredients. In summer enjoy your meal outdoors on our patio or at a picnic table in our bistro garden – if it's too hot to handle, shift indoors to air conditioning. In cooler months we keep the wood fire stoked to keep you toasty warm. 

Order one of our sumptuous Moveable Feast picnics next time you explore Twenty Valley. Take it to go, or bring a blanket and linger over lunch in our orchards and vineyard.
